More 2011 show pictures

More pictures from Saturday at the show.  Pictures are from inside of the one building.  If anyone knows where I can get a steering wheel as seen on the 953 in the picture please email me.  Would love to find one for a winter project.  Such nice looking tractors ~ our compliments to all the owners!

In the middle of a thunderstorm here - need the rain so we can grow something other than weeds in the yard...  Dog hates the "thunderboomers"  poor thing she doesn't know what to do with herself.  Until later - take care.

2011 Wheel Horse Show

It was near perfect conditions for the show (except for a bit of rain Thursday).  Great crowd on Friday and lots of people still there on Saturday!  Hope all had safe travel back home and enjoyed their visit to the 13th annual show - looking forward to the 14th already!  Gotta get some of those pictures in so here is a start for ya'all ~

Congrats to the winner of the tractor above!  Next year show is June 22 - 23rd with the feature model being the 1968 Commando 8 - mark your calendars!  You can click on a pictures to enlarge it if you want to see a it a bit larger.  Will post again soon with more pictures!

Coming out of hibernation

Who am I and where have I been?  I don't know where time goes just consider it a hibernation of sorts during which I was blessed with a kitchen remodel done by no other than Marlin!  I am loving it!    Hope you are getting a whiff of spring where you are - finally it is happening over here.  Daffodils are up and the grass is growing (of course I have heard a few of the early bird mowers in the neighborhood running weeks ago - wasn't at our house).  Marlin has been doing shed things the last few weeks so that is another sure sign of spring.  The first show is coming up the last weekend of this month - looking forward to it.  Yes, it is time to dig in to the files and bring out a few more of the show pictures from last June - this years show will be here before you know it!
